Podeliti na 9 jufki, svaku rastanjiti oklagijom na krug veličine velikog tanjira, premazati margarinom(može se i narendati) i ređati jednu na drugu (poslednja se ne maže).&lt;br /&gt;Razvući sve oklagijom, iseći, puniti po želji, praviti kroasane i poređati u podmazan pleh. U pakovanju ima 3 kore, ali ja koristim samo dve.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Priprema:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Prvi fil: u 1 l mleka zakuvati brašno sa 7-8 kašika šećera. Kad se ohladi u to umutiti margarin i plazma keks.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Drugi fil: smrznuto voće staviti u šerpu sa nekoliko kašika šećera i vanil šećerom i kuvati dok se ne otopi, malo izgnječiti voće i kad je skroz otopljeno dodati 2-4 kašike gustina (razmućenih u malo vode) i sve zajedno kuvati jos 3-4 min dok se malo ne zgusne. Ostaviti da se ohladi.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Treći fil: Umutiti krem šlag od vanile (sa mlekom) i kad je umućen dodati slatku pavlaku i umutiti do kraja sve zajedno.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;Koru poprskati mlekom (jako malo), staviti prvo prvi fil, drugi, pa treći, opet koru i filove istim redom. Svaku jufku razviti oklagijom na veličinu tanjira, svaku namazati uljem, i staviti jednu na drugu po 5, pa razviti u jednu veliku jufku.&lt;br /&gt;Dva belanceta umutiti sa 6 kašika šećera i kašikom stavljati fil na jednu polovinu testa sa malim razmacima, od oko 5 cm.&lt;br /&gt;Pokriti drugom polovinom, pritisnuti prstima između da fil ne iscuri, iseći kvadratiće, i pržiti u ulju.
